EOTB star Lillie Lexie Gregg returns home with 'perfect' newborn son (2023)

Lillie Lexie Gregg has left hospital with the 'perfect' baby boy she shares with her footballer boyfriend Josh McEachran, a week after giving birth.

After revealing their happy news last week, she returned to social media on Tuesday evening to reveal they were headed home and are 'fit and healthy'.

She added a caption reading: 'Finally after a week in hospital we are going home!!!! Very tired mummy and daddy but it’s the best feeling in the world to be taking our little boy home! My Family!'

The excited new mum went on: 'Thank you so much for everyone’s messages this week im sorry I haven’t got back to you all! But it’s truly appreciated xxx Me and baby boy are fit and healthy x'.

She confirmed she has given birth in an Instagram post that introduced her son to the world on Friday. Overcome with joy, Lillie told fans she was 'overwhelmed with love' and praised her beau for supporting her throughout her 24 hour labour.

Taking to the social media site, Lillie revealed she and boyfriend Josh welcomed their first child together on Thursday. She recalled her long labour and insisted she 'couldn't have done it' without Brentford player Josh by her side.

Lillie wrote: 'Welcome to the world Our beautiful Baby Boy!!!! he arrived yesterday at 13.22pm after 24 hours in labour. He is so perfect. And there truly isn’t a love like it.

'I couldn’t have done it without you@jmceachran10you were absolutely incredible with me and I will forever be grateful for how you looked after us both.

'We are so lucky to have you! Overwhelmed with love doesn’t even come close. I love you both so much x.'

The blonde beauty shared two adorable photos of her little one. While she is yet to disclose her baby's name, Lillie made sure to give fans their first glimpse of her son looking cute as a button in a quilted babygrow and matching hat.

The newborn was wrapped up in a blanket that had 'Baby McEachran' embroidered across it.

Josh, meanwhile, took to Twitter with his admiration for girlfriend Lillie. He penned: 'Words can’t describe how much I love you! Welcome to the world little man!...

'@LillieGregg you are absolutely unbelievable for what your went through and how strong you were... I love you so much!'

Her baby boy's arrival came just two months after she and Josh - who previously dated Coronation Street star Brooke Vincent celebrated their two year anniversary.

To mark the moment, she shared a sweet snap of Josh kissing her bare baby bump and gushed: 'Happy anniversary to my Lifey!!!!I still get butterflies when you get home from work everyday!'

Lillie continued: 'I couldn’t love you anymore!!! I’m so grateful to have you and I’m so excited for the next year with you. Thank you for being mine!! ( so soppy ) but I just love you!!!!!!'

Lillie first revealed her pregnancy on Instagram during a romantic trip with Josh in Dubai back in May, while nearly six months gone. Her pregnancy news came four months after her ex-boyfriend Gary 'Gaz' Beadle became a father for the first time.

He shares son Chester with girlfriend Emma McVey.

She then continued to document her pregnancy journey on the social media platform for fans to see - including a lavish baby shower thrown for herself and her beau last month in September

Lillie found herself thrown into the spotlight while dating former Geordie Shore star Gaz. She was credited for taming the show's lothario, with Gaz even dubbing Lillie as 'The One' while dating her.

The pair, however, split after two years of dating in 2015 - with Gary ultimately picking his place on Geordie Shore over the beauty. It came to light that he had brutally dumped Lillie at the airport and the pair never spoke again.

Speculation had been rife that Gaz had dumped Lillie for his ex Charlotte Crosby, but she insisted that hadn't been the case - despite the Geordie Shore co-stars rekindling their romance shortly after Gaz announced his single status.

At the time of their split, a rep for Gaz said: 'Gary says he has ultimate respect for Lillie but the challenges of his career and associated travel are not conducive with having a relationship. There is no third party involved.'

Fans saw Lillie and Gary reunite on Ex On The Beach's fifth series where they had an emotional heart-to-heart over their split. In the same series, Lillie learned Gaz had cheated on her while they were together.

Stephen Bear had also starred in the same series - he and Lillie were seen hitting it off on the show and they later became an item in 2016.

Their romance quickly ended after he proved to be unfaithful during his stint on Celebrity Big Brother.

While the Just Tattoo of Us star put on an extremely cosy display with model and entrepreneur Chloe Khan on the show, the Birmingham-born beauty confronted him - reducing him to tears.
